Hurricane Fred

I know this sounds a little crazy but when I heard there was a hurricane (Fred) out in the atlantic I got excited a little. I though wow what kinds of crazy stunts / ideas can I do this time if the hurricane comes just close enough but not about to damage anything & just get the very outer bands of it!!!! I found out today that it wasn’t going to come close to entering the gulf of Mexico & in fact its just going to die out in the ocean!!! Right now hurricane Fred is a cat. 3!!! But like I said its just gonna die out in the Atlantic ocean! :(
Anyways we are half way through the 2009 Hurricane Season! I know probably a lot of ya’ll are like : Thank Ya Jesus we made it through another season or We made it through another year of the hurricane season!

Tropical Storm Erika

Now that we are in the pike of hurricane season im keeping an eye on tropical storm Erika but right now it doesn’t look like is going to be a BIG threat to us who live on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Hopefully there isn’t going to be any big hurricanes this year that will enter the Gulf of Mexico if there is one its like playing spin the bottle to see where it goes or is going to hit or make land fall!
But if there is one & if the area that I live in just gets the outer bands of the hurricane I will try to :
1. Photograph the sky before it makes landfall with in a few hours
Cause i heard that before a storm like this. The sky is very beautiful!!
2. Video tape ( digital) the hurricane force winds that u don’t see every day!

Severe Thunderstorm

i was at work & around 4:30pm ( yesterday - Thursday) it started getting dark out & I'm like oh no please don't tell me it going to rain well it did! & all you could see was white sheets coming down! So I'm thinking OK so i have a very long drive in front of me. So when it was time to go home it wasn't that bad but it was kinda bad out. Of course when it rains in Houston TX everyone knows that 59 gets pretty backed up!!! it took me an hour and a half to get home!!! lighting was striking everything & u could hear the thunder all around u. The storm was SO loud that i though i had my car door not shut all the way but the sign on the dashboard wasn't on & on top of everything else i had my radio on kinda loud too!!! The Streets were flooding left & right! I saw 2 fire trucks racing to some accidents! I finally made it home!!!
