Tropical Depression 2

UPDATE:
Kevin Roth - Lead Meteorologist
Tropical Depression #2 formed in the southern Gulf of Mexico late Wednesday evening. As of 10:15am CDT Thursday the center of this poorly-organized system made landfall along the south end of South Padre Island, Texas, packing maximum winds (mainly in gusts) of 35 mph.

Weather : heavy pour down!!!

Weather : Cloudy gray skies  w/ light wind - a moment ago it was pouring down hard!
Time 2:00pm
Weather : meduim dark gray storm clouds moving through w/ light winds
Time : 1:00pm
Weather : Cloudy sky is light gray, light winds

Time : 12:07pm
Weather : light rain  sky is a light grayish

Weather : overcast & sun . It looks like the sun is going break through eventually.

Kevin Roth - Lead Meteorologist from The Weather Channel says


( " The biggest threat from the system will be heavy rain. The system should take a path just to the north of Hurricane Alex from last week. Rainfall of 3 to 6 inches with isolated amounts near 8 inches falling on ground that is already saturated will lead to an increased flooding threat throughout northern Mexico and southern Texas."  )
 
 Its going to be a repeat of last Friday. Flooding is going to be a major issues since the ground is already saturated by Hurricane Alex last Friday!
